Spengler glucometers offer unparalleled accuracy with only a 12% bias, while most other glucometers only offer a 15% bias. The JT100 also only requires a small 0.5µL drop of blood to get a reading and can be sampled from either the palm of the hand or the forearm, allowing for alternation to reduce sampling site fatigue when taking frequent samples.
